Return Policy: For t-shirts and clothing items: If the size doesn't fit, we offer return of the item and refund of the price paid EXCLUDING postal shipping fee, or exchange to the item of another available size. In case of return all shipping costs for returned item are paid by customer. Refunds & exchanges are made by God Syndrome no longer then in 14 business days after receiving the item for refund/exchange.

For damaged items: we offer refund of the price paid EXCLUDING postal shipping fee, or repeated shipping of the new item. Refund & repeated shipping are made by God Syndrome in 14 business days after receiving a refund/shipping repeat request via band e-mail adress, including photos of the damaged items. Requests without photos of the damaged items will be rejected.

Items of proper quality (except clothings) are not returned/refunded.

All other issues of return/refund policy are regulated under Russian Federation law.
